Your New Role
Pay Range: $22.96 - $28.70 / hour; based on experience.
Hours: Open availability preferred
Responsibilities
The Kids Club Manager leads their team in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for our little Chuzers and their families. You'll welcome and provide excellent customer service to members and guardians, oversee fun and safe activities with children, and ensure our space sparkles with cleanliness.
- Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member, guest, and their children, including sign-ups, checking children in and out, answering phones, and running fun, enriching activities for children
- Uphold a positive, friendly, and caring rapport with children and their guardians, prioritizing safety within the Kids Club and addressing guardian concerns as needed
- Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptional space for members and their children in the Kids Club
- Prevent and guide your team through elevated member concerns, elevated behavioral issues, and emergent facilities issues, determining the proper course of action and implementing improvements to minimize disruptions to member experience
- Provide real-time feedback to Kids Club Chuzers and partner with the General Manager on formal coaching, performance reviews, and recruiting new talent
- Keep the Kids Club running smoothly by maintaining daily operations, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, incident reports, and other administrative tasks
- Support a seamless member experience by maintaining knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership offerings, club tours and amenities, and point-of-sale transactions
- Work in close collaboration with the General Manager in all aspects of Kids Club operations, performance, labor management, turnover, and quality assurance
- Establish and maintain strong cross-departmental communication and rapport with fitness, maintenance, and Home Office departments and processes
- Own administrative processes such as reporting, email communications, Kids Club scheduling, and inventory maintenance

Your Skills
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Childcare
- 2-3 yeara of experience leading a team
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
- Ability to maintain a positive rapport with children
- Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree or current continued education in early childhood education
Physical Abilities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
