Responsibilities
- Assist clients in all areas of Human Resources including but not limited to employee relations, leave of absence, employee handbook auditing, and separation-release agreements
- Work with clients via phone and email
- Handling other duties and back up other HR team members as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
