Director of Development

Director of Development to drive fundraising strategy, cultivate donor relationships, and lead a high-performing development team. This expanded leadership role will oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and donor stewardship while helping expand and diversify revenue growth.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of fundraising and related leadership experience
• United Way experience or CRFE credentials a plus
• Proven success in relationship-based fundraising and donor cultivation
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
