Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License – Must be in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Long Term Care Experience
• Supervisor Experience
• PCC Experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team with empathy and precision.
