Painter and Decorator

Our Lindum BMS (Building Maintenance Services) division specialises in new build and refurbishment construction projects up to £2m, as well as planned and reactive minor works and maintenance jobs in the Lincoln area and surrounding regions.

An opportunity has arisen for a Painter and Decorator to join our small team working on a range of projects from minor decorations to new build housing sites.

Candidates must be qualified with a Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent recognised qualification) and have previous experience undertaking domestic and commercial jobs. Spraying and wallpapering would be an advantage. A full driving licence in essential. A company van may be provided for work-related travel.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and professional with colleagues and clients, with good interpersonal skills to work efficiently alongside team members and other trades. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus overtime, working on sites in and around Lincoln.
