Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implementation Specialist to lead enterprise AI initiatives for a public sector client. This role focuses on evaluating organizational readiness, identifying AI opportunities, implementing AI solutions, establishing AI governance, and enabling successful AI adoption across business operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI governance, enterprise AI implementation, and stakeholder engagement while working with executive leadership and technical teams.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of enterprise technology, digital transformation, or technology consulting experience.
  • 3+ years implementing enterprise AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Experience developing AI strategies, readiness assessments, governance, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Experience delivering AI POCs, pilots, or production AI implementations.
  • Experience validating AI-generated work for security, privacy, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Experience delivering training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
