Vice President, Digital Banking

Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by Harvard Federal Credit Union (Harvard FCU) to lead the search for a Vice President, Digital Banking . Harvard FCU, a $1.2B federally chartered credit union headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, continues to invest in its digital future as it enhances the member experience and expands its digital banking capabilities.

Serving more than 56,000 members, Harvard FCU is committed to delivering innovative financial solutions through a seamless, secure, and member-centric digital experience. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Vice President, Digital Banking will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the credit union's digital strategy while partnering across the organization to drive innovation and improve the member experience.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Harvard FCU's digital banking ecosystem.
• Oversee digital platforms, fintech partnerships, and vendor relationships, including enhancements across online and mobile banking.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve the member experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Lending, and other business leaders to successfully implement new digital capabilities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing digital banking team while fostering innovation and accountability.
