We're Hiring: Lead Facilitator / Project Lead – Results-Based Accountability (RBA)

Client: County of San Mateo – Health, Public Health, Policy & Planning

Cyberx Gov Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Facilitator / Project Lead to support the delivery of an equity-centered Results-Based Accountability (RBA) training program for a public health initiative.

Key Qualifications

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Results-Based Accountability (RBA) / Results-Based Planning
  • Performance Measurement
  • Strategic Planning
  • Accountability Frameworks
  • Organizational Improvement
  • Equity-Informed or Community-Centered Decision-Making

Experience delivering training, facilitation, or technical assistance for public sector, public health, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations

Prior experience working with local government, county agencies, public health departments, or other public-sector organizations

Strong background facilitating workshops for multidisciplinary teams, leadership groups, or public-sector staff

Experience developing professional training materials, including presentations, participant guides, worksheets, and facilitator guides

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver an equity-centered RBA training program
  • Develop engaging curriculum and learning materials tailored to a public health audience
  • Facilitate interactive workshops using adult learning principles
  • Lead discussions on health equity, community-centered approaches, and organizational improvement
  • Develop participant resources, evaluation tools, and a final training summary report
