The Kristen Amerson Youth Foundation is searching for a dynamic Part-time Program Coordinator! Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of programs, including planning, coordinating, and implementing activities that support children and their families with the goal of nurturing academic success, social-emotional growth, and overall well-being.

We’re seeking someone with:

️ A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

️ Experience teaching children, developing lesson plans, and classroom management skills.

️ Exceptional organizational skills, motivation, energy, punctuality, and a positive attitude to inspire both kids and staff.

️ Strong leadership and teaching abilities to engage parents, staff, teachers, children, and the school community.

️ A genuine passion for working with children.

️ A deep commitment to the mission of the Kristen Amerson Youth Foundation.
