DADFUEL is a fast-growing DTC supplement brand based in Delray Beach, Florida. We're a founder-led business with a lean, all-star team, which means whoever joins gets real ownership and a direct hand in how an ecommerce brand gets built and scaled. We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own our entire growth engine.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delray Beach for an experienced marketing leader who wants to run the whole thing. You'll own the strategy and stay close to the work, leading the team and agencies already in place and owning the number they produce. If you've wanted the scope to run marketing your way with real ownership on the line, this is it.

What the role involves:

• Owning the full marketing P&L, customer acquisition efficiency, retention, and contribution margin
• Leading paid across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon, and directing the buyers and agencies who run them
• Owning organic and content, lifecycle across email and SMS, the TikTok Shop, and the affiliate and creator program
• Managing and leveling up the existing team of specialists and agency partners, and hiring as we grow
• Partnering directly with the founder, owning marketing end to end so he can focus on product and vision

Qualifications

• Several years running DTC or ecommerce marketing, ideally as a head of or director of marketing or growth
• A track record of numbers you personally moved, and you can walk us through exactly how, across CAC, LTV, retention, and contribution
• Comfortable owning a real ad budget and making the call on where it goes
• A strong leader who can manage specialists and agencies and raise the bar on the work
• Fluent with data and AI tools, you reason in spreadsheets and move fast
• Subscription, supplement, or CPG experience is a plus
• Local to Delray Beach, or able to be on-site full-time

This is an ownership-level role and we'll structure it like one.
