Position Summary

Solabia USA is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across a variety of projects within the personal care and cosmetic ingredients industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, market research, tradeshow planning, sales enablement tools, and prototype development.

The ideal candidate can seamlessly blend science and creativity, is organized, passionate about beauty and personal care trends, and eager to gain real-world marketing experience in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

o Assist with creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.

o Help develop graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral using Canva and PowerPoint.

o Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

o Research and report on skin, hair, body, and sun care trends.

o Track competitive product launches and emerging industry innovations.

o Assist in creating trend reports, newsletters, and customer-facing trend presentations that relate trends to Solabia’s ingredient portfolio.

Sales Support

o Assist in translating technical ingredient data into branded sales enablement tools (e.g., presentations, trend kits, infographics, one-pagers).

o Support the development of prototype concepts inspired by market trends.

o Collaborate with the Marketing Director on monthly lead and sample analysis to help identify opportunities for the sales team.

Event Support

o Assist with planning and preparation for tradeshows, seminars, and customer events.

Administrative & Team Support

o Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives.

o Provide general support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.

Qualifications

Required

o Strong written and verbal communication skills.

o Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

o Interest in marketing, beauty, personal care, or cosmetic ingredients.

Preferred

o Familiarity with digital marketing and content creation.

o Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and graphic design tools.

o Basic understanding of cosmetic science and ingredient functionality.

o Interest in translating scientific concepts into customer-focused marketing stories.

o Recent and upcoming graduates
