Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status reports to management.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimise potential risks and devise contingency plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within the defined scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management, preferably within the real estate or a related industry.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
• Solid organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
