The Role

As our Job Captain, you are the crucial bridge between a creative concept and a flawless technical reality.

Protect the Design: You will translate and maintain the approved design vision through highly coordinated drawings and technical documentation.

Drive the Execution: You will lead the preparation of detailed plans, taking charge of drawing lists, consultant coordination, and sheet-level QA/QC.

Elevate the Team: You will conduct design reviews, mentor junior designers in best practices, and implement firm-wide design standards.

Field Leadership: You will assist project managers in the field by preparing and completing comprehensive site visit checklists.
