Join a leading full-service, turn-key, cast-in-place concrete construction company specializing in restoration, rehabilitation and cast-in-place concrete frame projects. With a reputation for delivering complex, high-profile concrete solutions, the company continues to expand its presence across Washington, DC and Florida, backed by a strong pipeline of major projects.

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple large-scale concrete projects ranging from $1M–$50M, managing execution from preconstruction through closeout. You'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while serving as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track and drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (concrete or civil preferred).
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors.
• Strong financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
