We are actively seeking a QA Test Engineer with strong

Salesforce testing experience to support enterprise software initiatives for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with expertise in Salesforce QA, API testing, SDLC, Agile,

and integrated system testing. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities

  • Perform test planning, execution, and defect management throughout the SDLC.
  • Test Salesforce applications, APIs, and integrations.
  • Validate RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Perform data validation across integrated systems.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Scrum or SAFe Agile ceremonies.
  • Use Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
  • Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and System Testing.
  • Support enterprise software quality initiatives.
