Human Resources Manager (On-site Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist/ Manager in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for rapidly growing mid-size food company. You will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, such as talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits management, policy development, employee relations, and compliance. You will work to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, support employee growth, and ensure legal compliance. The role also requires collaboration with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Salary: $85K - $95K plus full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k plan!

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and employee onboarding
• Strong skills in policy development, safety committee/ training experience, compliance adherence, and HR reporting
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll management
• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in employment law and regulations; SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
