Service Account Manager

Location: Monterey Park, CA | Full-Time

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Senior Electrical Technician, Service Manager, Service Coordinator, or similar leadership role.
• Commercial electrical service background.
• Experience with electrical estimating, customer proposals, and pricing.
• Experience managing service technicians and multiple active projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to develop new business while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Accubid Anywhere experience is a huge plus!

What You'll Do

• Travel locally (approximately 60-mile radius) for customer meetings and jobsite visits.
• Manage commercial electrical service projects from estimate through closeout.
• Develop and grow relationships with existing and new commercial customers.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, change orders, and customer quotes.
• Coordinate and schedule service technicians to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Review project financials, labor, materials, and job profitability.
• Manage permits, inspections, project documentation, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Partner with customers, technicians, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with design/build opportunities and identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000–$100,000 Base Salary
• Commissions
