Digital Marketing Coordinator - SEO, PIM, eCommerce

Our Food & Beverage Manufacturer is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team 40 hrs/week with potential for full-time conversion. This coordinator will work onsite 5 days/week at their Wayne, NJ office. Candidates must be local to be considered.
This Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Food & Beverage sector managing SEO, CMS tools, product data for eCommerce platforms, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, SEO/SEM, e-commerce platforms, and paid media).
- Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and search engine performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; provide actionable insights.
- Support e-commerce operations, including product listings, promotions, and digital merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate product rollouts/launches, ensuring alignment across marketing channels and platforms.
- Enforce and monitor MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing compliance across digital channels and partner platforms.
- Maintain and manage product data using PIM systems (e.g., PIMLY) to ensure accurate and consistent product information across all digital touchpoints.
- Update website content using CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, engineering) to align marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, reporting, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including website/CMS management and campaign support.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console/SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz for keyword research and competitive analysis..
- Practical knowledge of A/B testing and CRO methodologies and tools.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital merchandising.
- Familiarity with PIM systems (Pimly preferred).
- Excellent communication, project management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads or related platforms are a plus.
