The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing daily operations within a fast-paced, regulated environment focused on the handling, processing, and logistics of specialized waste materials. This role ensures efficiency, accountability, and strict compliance with safety standards, including OSHA and industry-specific regulations. Key responsibilities include managing resources, improving operational workflows, tracking performance trends, and overseeing warehouse and field teams while working closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in operations management, inventory control, logistics, and team supervision—preferably within a regulated waste setting.
