Staff Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this position, you will assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Job Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing and maintaining financial records
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Reconciling bank statements
• Managing the general ledger
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• Assisting with audits
• Providing support for budgeting and forecasting activities
• Performing data entry

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Basic knowledge of accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Compensation and Details

• Pay- $55-60k Annual
• Shift Time and Days- 8am-4:30pm, M-F
