- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to understand each client’s brand identity, tone of voice, and content goals prior to each shoot
- Incorporate voiceover recordings provided by our Radio DJs into edited reels, syncing audio with visuals for a cohesive final product
- Organize and upload all raw footage, photos, and finished reels to designated Google Drive folders by the deadline each month
- Maintain consistent quality and creative standards across all client projects
- Manage and care for the provided video kit and any personal equipment used for shoots
- Communicate proactively about project timelines, scheduling, and any on-location challenges
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience capturing video and photo content, ideally for social media or marketing purposes
- Working knowledge of video editing techniques and software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Strong understanding of short-form video best practices (pacing, hooks, captions, trends, Voice Over)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various client locations across the state
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take creative direction from the Social Media Manager
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively as an independent contractor
Equipment Requirements
- A smartphone capable of capturing high-quality video and photo content (required)
- A working computer suitable for video editing (required)
- Personal video/photo equipment (camera, gimbal, lighting, microphones, etc.) is a plus, but not required
- A small video kit will be provided by the company to supplement personal, non essential equipment
