An HR career without the stress of traditional roles!

Unlike most HR roles, this is a unique blend of helping others, providing expert guidance, learning and growing, while at the same time enjoying a lack of stress and burden.

Instead of doing the day-to-day HR tasks of a business, you will be advising our clients how to handle their HR situations. Instead of shouldering the burden of all HR responsibilities for your office, you will be part of a team helping our clients navigate their HR challenges.

In this position, you will work with dental and medical practice owners and/or their managers, all over the country. Through phone and email, you will educate, guide, and coach them as they navigate a wide range of HR questions and challenges.

In this regard, being an HR Consultant for us is fundamentally different from other HR roles. If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you’ve been looking for, please review the Job Responsibilities section below for more details!

Our main office is located near Skinner Butte Park, affording easy access to the river path and downtown.
