Woodworker

We are seeking team members for various roles in woodworking, ranging from entry-level to experienced manufacturing positions.

Role Responsibilities Include

• Entry-level workers: Learning woodworking techniques, reading plans (training provided), and using basic hand tools.
• Manufacturing workers: Producing cabinets, casework, countertops, and millwork with 2+ years of experience, including fabrication and lamination techniques.

Common Qualifications And Skills

• Strong work ethic focused on quality and organization.
• Effective communication skills and ability to read/write/speak clearly.
• Owns basic hand tools and can pass pre-employment screenings.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ pounds.
• Valid NM driver’s license (required for Installer role, preferred for others).

Additional Details

• Full-time employment with benefits, including holiday and personal time off.
• Work hours from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.
