Remote Senior Accountant

Overview

This role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, collaborating with FP&A, the CFO, and external auditors. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly closes in an AI-native ERP, managing ASC 606 revenue recognition, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, employee expenses, and maintaining the equity ledger. The role leads automation initiatives, ensures audit readiness, and partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate data flow from contracts and headcount. It offers broad exposure across accounting, finance, and strategy with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CPA
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry roles
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, especially ASC 606
• Experience with modern ERP systems and SaaS/recurring revenue models
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle close processes
• Innovative mindset regarding AI and automation in accounting
• Strong communication, ownership, and improvement mindset
