Merchandise Coordinator

Role Overview: Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Orchestrate truck deliveries, train and mentor associates, ensure merchandise is properly tagged and organized, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Communicate effectively with management and team, prioritize tasks, monitor productivity, and support shrink reduction and loyalty programs. Promote a safe environment and uphold company policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Requires 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience, strong communication, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and team-oriented mindset. Capable of lifting heavy objects and responding flexibly to changing needs.
