Senior Project Manager - Big-Box Retail Construction

Locations: Lexington, KY and Can also be located in Atlanta, Georgia

A nationally recognized General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to lead large format retail construction projects in support of a prominent national big box retail client.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead large scale ground up retail projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project schedules and drive performance on aggressive timelines
  • Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
  • Coordinate across design, engineering, and field teams
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and execution
  • Provide executive level reporting and project updates

What You Bring

  • Construction management experience
  • Proven experience leading large scale projects
  • Background in retail, big box, warehouse, or distribution center projects preferred
  • Experience with ground up construction

Travel

  • Projects primarily across the Southeast and Northeast
