Note

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. This role requires expertise across both back-end and front-end development, with a strong focus on building scalable .NET solutions, modern web interfaces, and RESTful APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, React/Angular/Blazor, and modern software development practices. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT is highly valued to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application development
  • Experience performing code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, KS

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other Agentic AI frameworks
  • Kubernetes experience for container orchestration
  • Kafka for event-driven architecture
  • Elasticsearch
  • CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications
  • Build scalable back-end services using ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
  • Develop modern user interfaces using React, Angular, or Blazor
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
  • Lead technical design discussions and recommend software solutions for complex business requirements
  • Review code, testing, and technical documentation to ensure quality standards
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical guidance to development teams
  • Participate in release management, application enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
