We are seeking an experienced agricultural lending professional to step into a leadership role within a strong, community-focused bank, with an emphasis on thoughtful growth and long-term relationship development. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of ag lending experience and a proven ability to expand portfolios through trusted client partnerships and sound credit practices. This individual will take on a small existing portfolio while leading a team of more than seven lenders, with a key focus on mentoring, coaching, and preparing the group for upcoming retirements. Experience building and developing loan departments is essential, as is a balanced approach to business development that prioritizes credibility, consistency, and community presence.
