Responsibilities: Prioritizes patient safety, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, precepts new healthcare staff, and supports quality care delivery. Contributes to a secure, innovative clinical setting by demonstrating proficiency and a commitment to continuous learning.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, with at least 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship. Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
