Commercial and Data Analytics Consultant (Pharmaceutical) – W2 Contract | Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Contract: W2 Contract (40 Hours/Week)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analytics Contracto r to support our U.S. Commercial Operations team. If you're passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights and have experience in pharmaceutical sales analytics, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactiv e Power BI dashboar ds for sales performance reporting
• Suppor t sales forecasti ng, territory analytics, and field force effectiveness
• Analyze sales and market trends to deliver strategic business insight
• Create KPI dashboards and standardized performance report
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and cross-functional team
• Support contract analytics, rebate calculations, and performance tracking

Required Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Pharmaceutical Analytics
• Experience supporti ng U.S. pharmaceutical or biotech commercial organization
• Strong proficiency in Power BI a nd Advanced Microsoft Ex cel
• Experience wi th sales forecasting, territory alignment, segmentation, and KPI report ing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skill
• Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Preferred Experiment

• Product launch and post-launch analyst
• Commercial reporting in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry
• Exposure to Market Access, Contracting, or Reimbursement analyst
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment
