Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC journeyman for projects located in San Diego, CA. This is a full time opportunity with a up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an experience HVAC journeyman and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

HVAC JOURNEYMAN

• EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN WITH 3-5 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• WILL BE DRIVING VAN FROM SITE TO SITE (must have clean driving record)
• FAULT FINDING: ISOLATE ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL FAILURES IN FURNACES AIR CONDITIONERS HEAT PUMPS AND BOILERS.

SYSTEM TESTING: UTILIZE DIGITAL GAUGES AND MULTIMETERS TO EVALUATE SUPERHEAT SUBCOOLING AIRFLOW AND VOLTAGE/AMPERAGE DRAWS.

REFRIGERANT MANAGEMENT: LOCATE SYSTEM LEAKS RECOVER AND CHARGE SYSTEMS WHILE STRICTLY ADHERING TO EPA GUIDELINES.

COMBUSTION ANALYSIS: TEST GAS-FIRED EQUIPMENT FOR PROPER GAS PRESSURE VENTING AND SAFE CARBON MONOXIDE LEVELS
