We started MASS to create a place where people can build careers doing the work they believe will have the greatest impact in the world.

We welcome people from around the globe to bring their authentic selves and challenge conventional ideas about how design can drive change. Our purpose—creating disproportionate, world-changing impact through design—is inseparable from our ability to bring diverse perspectives to the table. This includes not only our candidates and team members, but also the clients we collaborate with, the partners we serve, and the communities we learn from through our research.

As a human-centered organization, we are committed to working with and designing for people of every race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, socioeconomic status, physical ability, religion, national origin, and political belief. We recognize that this commitment requires ongoing effort, sustained attention, and adaptation as new insights and best practices emerge.
