A growing company is seeking a Director of People Experience to lead all HR and people operations across multiple divisions. This role will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, compliance, engagement, and retention while creating an outstanding employee experience for a workforce of 450+ employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HR, compliance, employee relations, and payroll
• Experience leading recruiting and onboarding
• Ability to build training programs and improve employee engagement
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
