*Responsible for conducting research, development and laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support client projects.

* Research experience in a scientific or biotech environment.

* Lab-based positions - expected to work.

*Executes laboratory experiments; makes detailed observations and analyzes data.

*Prepares technical reports, summaries and quantitative analyses.

*Maintains complete and accurate records.

* Lab-based positions - expected to work

*Understands scientific concepts and lab techniques (i.e. pipetting, can perform scientific calculations (i.e. serial dilutions))

* Wet Lab (preferably with IHC, histology, or tissue diagnostics)

*Excellent communication and organizational skills

*Minnimum Bachelor's Degree is requried
