Account Executive

Personnelgraph is transforming the background screening industry using AI and direct court access, empowering employers to run accurate, compliant background checks with a single click. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a driven Account Executive to help accelerate expansion across all 50 states.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing and onboarding—while building strong relationships with HR leaders, staffing agencies, and enterprise compliance teams. This is a remote position with high autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing company.

What You Will Do

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close

Conduct product demos and explain how Personnelgraph’s AI screening platform ensures accuracy and FCRA compliance

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects across multiple industries

Develop strategic relationships with HR executives, business owners, and compliance teams

Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead flow and retention

Meet and exceed monthly revenue and activation targets

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, positioning Personnelgraph as a critical part of their hiring operations

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Compliance Technology sales experience

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas

Strong demo and presentation skills

Experience selling to HR leaders, staffing firms, or enterprise decision-makers

Excellent objection handling and closing ability

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with FCRA or background screening industry is a plus (not required)
