Position Summary

The Infrastructure Administrator supports the firm's server, virtualization, network, storage, and Microsoft infrastructure. This position provides Tier III operational support while assisting with infrastructure projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and modernization efforts.

The successful candidate will have a strong Windows Server and Network Engineering background with a desire to expand into cloud and security technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

Windows Server Administration

  • Windows Server,Active Directory/DNS/DHCP
  • Group Policy,File Servers&Print Services
  • User administration
  • Windows patching&Server maintenance

Virtualization

  • Hyper-V,VDI/Virtual Desktop
  • Server Creation/Management/Administration

Microsoft 365

  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Teams,SharePoint,OneDrive
  • User provisioning&Entra architecture

Networking

  • Switch installation
  • VLAN assignments&Port configurations
  • Wireless troubleshooting
  • Firewallrule implementation
  • VPN user support
  • SD-WAN

Security

  • Vulnerability remediation
  • MFA administration
  • Security audits

Monitoring

  • Server, Backup & Networkalerts
