Buffalo, NY | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–3:30pm (35 hours per week)

Starting at $22.89/hour – Highest DSP Base Pay in Western New York!

As a DSP, you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on assistance, community outings, skill-building activities, and meaningful daily experiences that promote independence and personal growth.

• Support individuals in a center-based day program
• Teach life, social, and adaptive skills
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Help individuals achieve personal goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record
• Human services or caregiving experience preferred
• Compassion, patience, teamwork, and reliability
