Transitions/New Account Onboarding Associate (5765)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transitions/New Account Onboarding Associate to join our client’s team in Southfield, MI. This is a Onsite, Contract position.

SALARY: $22-$25/hr (depending on experience)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience
• Basic understanding of customer operations within the financial industry
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and investment concepts in securities
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
• Experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
• College degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from financial advisors and sales assistants related to account opening and maintenance
• Establish new client accounts according to industry registration requirements
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards, including AML and KYC policies
• Review data, identify issues, and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Process reports and coordinate with advisors to resolve account issues
• Support policy and workflow enhancements
• Maintain detailed records of client requests and actions
• Assist with high-volume transactional tasks and after-hours account validations as needed
• Participate in system testing and process improvements
