Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing organization to locate their next Demand Planner.

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid 3/2

Compensation: $100k- $120k

Schedule: M-F

What will your day look like?

• Demand Forecasti ng: Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across multiple product lines and customer channels using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights

• Data Analysis & Planni ng: Analyze forecast performance, identify demand drivers, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to improve accuracy and inventory performance

• Cross-Functional Collaborati on: Lead demand review discussions, support S&OP activities, and work closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to align inventory and production plans with customer demand

Who are you?

• Analytical Professio nal: 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain planning, or a related discipline

• Technical Exp ert: Advanced Excel skills with experience utilizing ERP systems and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar tools

• Collaborative Business Part ner: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, present data-driven insights, and drive alignment across multiple functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related

field

• Experience supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes

• Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, or related industries

• Knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies

• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools
