The Role
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our field research operations, ensuring that data collection activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. You will manage and develop a team of Supervisors and Interviewers, fostering a positive, high-performance culture while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit & Train: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to ensure staffing levels meet project demands.
- Lead & Develop: Manage a team of supervisors and interviewers to achieve individual and shift productivity goals.
- Ensure Quality: Pre-test surveys for logic, flow, and accuracy; monitor performance to ensure adherence to scripts and superior quality standards.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily logistics, maintain staffing schedules, track productivity and timelines, and resolve operational and personnel issues as they arise.
- Report & Analyze: Prepare detailed production summaries and status reports, analyzing operational data to identify process improvements.

- Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

- Attitude: You are a positive, team-oriented professional who is ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to our success.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI.
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 - $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
Regular performance reviews with initial salary review after 12 months of full-time employment
