The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area. This requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars and will assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed. Experience with turndown service, special needs of VIP Guests, foreign dignitaries, etc. is helpful. These responsibilities will also include staff training, development, payroll, and scheduling. This person will promote an atmosphere that ensures guest and colleague satisfaction. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments, and team members.
The salary range for this position is $67,200 to $75,600 (commensurate with experience).

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

- Progressive hotel experience preferred
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, and at varying times including morning, afternoon, and evening
