Basic Qualifications
- Experience with inventory control and material handling knowledge.
- Knowledge of SAP & SFM
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Control Planner to oversee and manage the manufacturing build process for various components. This role is essential to maintaining the production flow, optimizing inventory, and ensuring that customer requirements are met within schedule.
The Manufacturing Planner will provide real-time status updates on component progress, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive parts to completion through effective planning and material flow management.

Desired Skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot)
- Ability or experience creating dashboards, and/or charts, to communicate part status, bottlenecks, and forecast accuracy
- Past experience with Production Control and/or Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing and and/or Make Planning experience.
- Schedule management experience to track adherence (planned vs. actual) across multiple lines
- Use critical path analysis and deviation root cause tracking to drive on time delivery
- Familiarity with database queries (SQL) is a plus for extracting SAP/SFM data
- Experience with SAP & SFM
- Manufacturing Experience
- Planning or MRP experience
- Excellent communication skills
