Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• LVN/LPN license in the state of employment (compact license accepted)
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care and administer treatments according to standards
• Assist providers during exams, treatments, and testing
• Record and report patient conditions and reactions
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain smooth patient flow
• Prepare patients for exams, obtain vitals, and collect samples as needed
• Perform nursing tasks within licensure scope, including medications, wound care, IV therapy (with training), and patient education
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts
• Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked and prepared
