Property Management Associate

Entry-Level Associate | Property Management | Growth Role

We're a small and fast-growing property management company looking for someone sharp, reliable, and hungry to get after it and build something.

This is condo association property management primarily, with some rental management. In this role, no two days will be the same. You will need to keep 100 tasks and projects organized and on track while having emergencies and curveballs thrown at you. You will ultimately be managing 6 figure budgets and projects. You will be the face of the communities you manage, and need to build and maintain relationships. When you do well, you get rewarded. In this role, you will learn the real estate market and build connections in the area faster than any other role.

If you have, or are interested in getting a NJ real estate license, we will hand you rental listings, and sometimes sales listings for you to earn extra in commission.
