Duties and Responsibilities

  • Narcotic administrator with knowledge of DEA requirements and regulations. Must reload narcotic boxes with the required amount, update Operative IQ with usage and restock, along with when only seals need to be replaced. Verify the usage sheet with the ePRC report. Image daily usage sheet into IQ with the case and prepare monthly report, filing accordingly.
  • As Operative IQ administrator, responsible for keeping system updated with existing data, new equipment or equipment changes, pull or build reports that are requested from Agency departments, and train new users with the system. Must issue appropriate identification items to products and employees (bar code system). Assist logistics with IQ support as needed, as this department is primary consumer.
  • Ships and receives all packages, special mail, and supplies through any carrier needed. Organizes and distributes all items received to the appropriate personnel, while documenting deliveries with signature scanning all mail/package receipts.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly fashion, ensuring shelves are in proper order. Performs weekly inventory on supplies and updates accordingly. Rotates stock to eliminate expiring waste. Coordinates storage of items for special events and for disbursement throughout the Agency. Receives supply orders and processes orders and inputs into Operative IQ: verifies item receipt, amounts, tracking/lot numbers, expiration dates, etc. Repackages all “loose” items for proper receipt and storage. Fills and receives CEU and Special Ops deliveries and coordinates pickup, while rotating such stock to avoid waste and expiration. Provide bi-weekly reports for expiring items. Ensure expired or damaged items are recorded and handled properly. Cycle count as needed to make corrections.
  • Investigate, review and resolve Operative IQ service desk tickets for lost and damage items in conjunction with IT. Ensure information is entered into system; reports are completed and close open service desk tickets after resolution.
  • Perform required data entry and provide paperwork needed by finance department for reconciliation of orders.
  • Helps plan and coordinate the implementation of new and/or discontinued supplies throughout the agency. Determines the items location and amount to distribute/retrieve. Works with OSTs to develop distribution/retrieval process. Provides recording items needed to track and record the process for Compliance. Collects all retrieved items for documentation and/or possible disposal.
  • Back up to support normal ordering processes.
  • Coordinate with CFD and other first responders for the pick-up of orders and supplies.
  • Backfill OST responsibilities including binning and recovery as needed.
  • May participate on project work teams as requested by supervisor.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (G.E.D)
  • Two years of warehouse and/or logistics experience preferred
