Position Overview
The Power Cart Attendant ensures that all riding golf carts are thoroughly cleaned after daily use, correctly stored, and properly charged. This role includes warmly welcoming golfers upon arrival and providing customer service with a friendly smile. Given the electric nature of the Power Golf Carts, it's vital for attendants to monitor each cart's usage hours, ensuring even utilization across the entire fleet.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guests' needs and inquiries promptly.
- Ensure enough carts are available and are on display for customers throughout the day.
- Verify each customer's rental agreement and receipt. Verify customer’s signature for the use of riding carts, rental sets, and pull carts, adhering to safety and insurance guidelines.
- Thoroughly wash and clean each cart after use, ensuring they are immaculate for the next day.
- After cleaning, orderly store and charge the carts to ensure they are ready for the following day's activities.
- Regularly monitor each cart's usage hours to ensure equitable rotation within the fleet.
- Adhere to charging policies for riding carts to optimize energy efficiency and reduce costs.
- Keep a meticulous inventory of rental sets and push/pull carts.
- Allocate riding carts to golf professionals and designated personnel, noting that during shortages, these carts are reserved for customer use.
- Collaborate with event teams to arrange riding carts for tournaments and special events at designated clubhouse areas.
- Maintain professional appearance and hygiene in accordance with workplace dress codes.
Qualifications
- Experience
- Must have previous customer service experience.
- Education
- High School Diploma preferred but not required.
- Specialized knowledge

- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the golf facility's operations and layout.
