Job Purpose

The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business and growing referral volume while expanding the off-the-shelf (OTS) orthotic product category across both existing and new accounts. This role integrates clinical expertise with strategic sales execution to build referral partnerships and implement efficient patient-centered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and expand referral volume for OTS orthotic solutions
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers
• Develop and implement consignment closet programs
• Establish workflows for ordering, fulfillment, and patient delivery
• Provide clinical education and product support to providers
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners
• Track performance and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with payer and documentation requirements
