Commercial Property Manager / Broker

StateStreet Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager / Broker to oversee a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties while assisting with leasing and brokerage activities throughout Central Mississippi.

This position is ideal for a commercial real estate professional who enjoys both operational property management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and property owners
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Prepare budgets, operating reports, and annual plans
• Conduct property inspections and oversee capital projects
• Market available space and assist with leasing efforts
• Develop new brokerage and management opportunities
• Negotiate leases, renewals, and service agreements
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and client relationships

Qualifications

• Mississippi real estate license (Broker preferred)
• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with office, retail, and industrial properties
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

Compensation

• Base salary
