Outstanding People is recruiting on behalf of a well-established private healthcare organization seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join its growing clinical team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate Physical Therapist who is looking to move beyond a traditional clinical role and take the lead in developing an innovative orthopedic rehabilitation program within a patient-centered practice.

About the Opportunity

Join a modern outpatient clinic where quality of care comes first. Working in a cash-based practice, you will have the opportunity to provide extended one-on-one treatment sessions, allowing you to focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for your patients without the limitations of insurance-driven care.

You will play a key role in developing and expanding a specialized orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service while collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and growth of the orthopedic rehabilitation program.
  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using evidence-based techniques.
  • Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and return-to-activity rehabilitation programs.
  • Assist in developing clinical protocols for regenerative rehabilitation therapies, including shockwave therapy (training provided).
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Mentor support staff and contribute to continuous clinical improvement.
  • Participate in community outreach, educational events and referral development.
  • Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Current Iowa Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience treating orthopedic conditions.
  • Strong experience with orthopedic rehabilitation and return-to-sport/return-to-activity programs.
  • Interest in regenerative therapies such as shockwave treatment (training provided).
  • Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Candidates will be asked to provide their desired salary during the application process.
