Territory

This position is based in the Arizona/Mtn West of the United States to support continued growth. Candidates must reside near a major airport and be comfortable with travel up to 75% to support customer onboardings and account check-ins.

Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our remote team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare and technology, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help our clients succeed. You'll manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, guiding them through implementation, maximizing adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth. Expect frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams across product, support, and engineering. Travel Required: Up to 75%.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations
• Identify growth opportunities and advocate for client needs internally
• Coordinate onboarding and training initiatives
• Deliver regular account updates and usage metrics
• Address client concerns with clarity and urgency
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and feedback
• Travel for onsite training, go-lives, and relationship development (up to 75%)

Qualifications

• Account management, customer relationship management, client communication
• Experience in the healthcare sector and understanding of healthcare workflows
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote work responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Relevant experience in account management roles
• Open to travel and close to airport

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing role-ideally within a SaaS or healthcare environment
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, or digital health platforms (e.g., EMRs, EHRs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience managing multiple accounts or projects in a remote and fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%; proximity to a major airport is preferred

Salary Range

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 and up, depending on experience, qualifications, and regional cost of living. Performance-based incentives are also available based on account growth and retention.
